Description
This high-quality spherical metal powder is characterized by excellent flowability that accommodates extremely thin deposition. That allows low oxygen and less defect spray-deposit.
Laser cladding : The metal powders used in laser cladding is normally of a metallic nature, and is injected into the system in order to increase its’ wear resistant and high corrosion. It will be used in blade repair in aviation or head treatment processes.

Thermal spraying:
Excellent flowability and high apparent density helps increase the spray-deposit rate, thereby facilitating efficient spraying. Due to excellent flowability that extend tools’lifetime.

Plasma transferred arc welding:
Alloy powders are welding metal surface to increase their wear resistant, High corrosion…etc. Application: Iron and Steel industry, industrial machinery, cutting tools...etc.

Brazing:
Brazing is ametal-joining process in which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal into the joint
Application: Used in car parts, metal and machine
