PA-CF Filament

SpiderMaker carbon fiber nylon filament has the following features:
• High temperature resistance: Carbon fiber nylon filament can be used in high temperature environments, with a heat distortion temperature of nearly 150°C.
• Easy to print: Using low melting point nylon as the base material, compared with carbon fiber nylon materials based on PA6, PA6,6, it can use lower printing temperature and reduce the printing threshold.
• High strength: Carbon fiber nylon prints have excellent toughness and rigidity, suitable for high strength use.
• Good texture: Carbon fiber nylon prints have a matte and rough appearance, very suitable for industrial parts appearance.
• Lightweight: Low density, much lighter than steel and aluminum alloy, so it can achieve weight reduction while maintaining strength.

[Printing Tips]
Please lower the cooling fan to below 30% to get good interlayer strength.
This material is abrasive to the nozzle, it is recommended to use wear-resistant nozzle materials such as hardened steel or ruby.
