High toughness and impact resistance
PETG is more flexible and less likely to crack than PLA. It combines PLA’s easy printing and ABS’s impact resistance, making it good for functional parts. There are multiple colors to choose from.
High printing speed
Printing speed can reach 300 mm/s without clogging the nozzle. It has good layer adhesion, heats and flows quickly, cools and solidifies fast, and balances mechanical strength with high-speed printing performance.
Easy to process and shape
It has a wide printing temperature range (usually between 240–260°C), good adhesion, low warping, and is easier to print than ABS.
Product Safety
It is heat-resistant up to 80–90°C, offering better heat resistance than PLA, which can handle only 55–60°C.
