Formlabs Fuse X1

Formlabs Fuse X1 is a large-format industrial SLS 3D printer designed for in-house production, functional prototyping, and high-throughput manufacturing. With a 330 × 330 × 565 mm build volume, Fuse X1 enables teams to print larger functional parts or produce more components in a single build.

Powered by selective laser sintering technology, Fuse X1 uses nylon powder materials to create strong, durable, and complex parts without the need for support structures. It is ideal for functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, end-use parts, low-volume production, and industrial manufacturing applications. Compared with traditional industrial SLS and MJF systems, Fuse X1 offers a more accessible workflow, smaller footprint, and lower part cost, helping businesses bring professional nylon 3D printing into their own production environment.
